Our Endocrinology and Diabetes Service provides a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to inpatient and outpatient care for adults.

Referring to Fiona Stanley or Fremantle hospitals

Please contact the Endocrinology registrar via the FSH Helpdesk on 6152 2222 to discuss the referral.

Routine referrals from GPs and private specialists are to be sent directly to the Central Referral Service (external site) on fax number 1300 365 056
