Consultation with a wide range of stakeholders has been a very important part of the development of the Fiona Stanley Hospital.

The continued success of the project is dependent upon ongoing consultation with key stakeholders including clinicians and staff, government agencies, adjoining neighbours, community and support groups, and other organisations.

• Staff-related reference groups have actively participated in the hospital’s detailed planning
• A broad consultation program has been ongoing since mid-2006
